Texas' 2025 Season Draws to a Close

By Kortney Minnick, Texas contributor

Capital City Classic has now come and gone, and the Texas show choir season has officially come to a close. Timber Creek Aerodynamix, known to many as ADX, took home the win on Saturday night. This was the program's first Grand Championship, and they also took home Best Vocals. Second place went to Fort Worth Southwest High School's varsity show choir, Southwest Effect. Southwest Effect also took home the caption of Best Choreography from this competition. Third place went to Hebron Harmony, giving them their first-ever top three placement. Capital City was their only competition of the year, although they could be a threat if they competed more throughout the season!

In the middle school competition, Keller Legend ended their season undefeated, winning Grand Champion, Best Vocals and Best Choreography. Trinity Springs Fusion took home second place which was their third placement of their six-competition season. Infinity, from Indian Springs, placed either second or third at all five of their competitions this year, including a third at Rouse.
