Adding a group from South Dakota into the fray led to some unexpected and new results. Most groups entirely new to this western-themed event, and the results are just as unique.
Prep Division
Grand Champion: Lincoln High "Momentum"
Momentum was the only group in the prep division. Next weekend they will be up against six prep groups at Lincoln Northwest, giving them a chance to test their mettle against more similar competition.
Single Gender Division
Grand Champion: Sioux Falls Washington "Stage Lights"
1st Runner Up: Papillion-La Vista "Monarchy"
Only two trophies were given out in the single gender division. Both Papillion-La Vista groups gave it their all, but only Monarchy received a trophy for their second-place finish. Right above them was Stage Lights, who only placed first once out of three competitions previously this season.
